How do I care for my leather handbag?
Most of our leathers can be cleaned with a soft cotton cloth slightly dampened with distilled water and a mild bar soap. We recommend avoiding commercial leather cleaners or conditioners not specifically approved by Dooney & Bourke.
What is the Dooney & Bourke Guarantee?
We stand behind the durability of our leather goods. Every product is backed by a one-year guarantee against any defects in craftsmanship or materials under normal use.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can also track your shipment status directly through the 'Order History' section of your account profile.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused, unworn merchandise within 30 days of the ship date. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Do you offer repair services?
Yes, we offer repair services for items that fall outside of the one-year guarantee. Please contact our customer service team to receive a repair authorization and a quote for the service.
