Dooney & Bourke accepts returns of unused, unworn merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for processing.

Print Prepaid Label
Generate and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided through the portal; a $9.50 shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your merchandise in the original shipping box, ensuring all original dust bags, registration cards, and accessories are included inside.
Drop Off and Track
Affix the return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location, keeping your tracking receipt for your records.
